Return Policy

At M DE LUCI, we stand behind every product we make. If something is not right, please contact us and we will resolve it. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging intact. 

Domestic Returns - United States

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

International Returns

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Please declare the shipment as 'Returned Merchandise' OR 'Returned Goods' on the customs declaration and include your original order number whenever possible. Customs duties, taxes, or charges resulting from an incorrect customs declaration or refused shipment may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law. 

Defects and Errors

If your item arrives with manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection at no additional cost and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size where stock is available. Please contact us before returning your item and we will hold correct size for you. 

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. 

Returns are accepted at our discretion. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be handled on a case by case basic.
